Today,
I Solemnly Swear...
~
- To write out my thoughts.
- To reveal the hidden insights that life bubbles to the surface.
- To be honest and truthful in my observations of the world, but be open to other views or perspectives.
- To share the "little bits of lavender" that are scattered throughout the day. (Including pictures of these heavenly wonders).
- To always check my spelling and grammar...so some people *ahem* won't be repulsed by bad grammar or the wrong tense used in an 'otherwise perfect paragraph'.
- To share poetry and stories that I have written, and explain the meaning and significance of the piece. Including the inspiration, and the insight it brought me.
- Not to vent about situations that I am in, or people who drive me CRAZY!!!
- To always be optimistic.
- To record the journey I am on, both spiritually (praying through the psalms, bible study, and immersing myself in spiritually filling things), and physically (diligently exercising everyday).
- To share and celebrate the journey of cooking my way through Julia Child's Mastering the Art of French Cooking.
This "blog" will become an outlet of restrained sorts, and it will be a place where my heart and God's heart will shine through. My biggest hope for this blog is....
Nothing.
It's just a place for thoughts, hopes, dreams, and sorrows.
So...for now, I'm here to stay.
